Job Description

Job Title: Media Buyer

Work Hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM ET hours

Salary Range: $1,000-$1,500 per month

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Media Buyer with a focus on TikTok ads to join our growing team. As a Media Buyer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing TikTok advertising strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth for our clients. Your expertise in TikTok’s platform and ad formats will be instrumental in crafting compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve client objectives.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive TikTok advertising strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target demographics and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging ad content that resonates with TikTok users and enhances brand visibility.

Ad Management and Execution:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns using TikTok Ads Manager and other relevant tools.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • A/B test ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to continually improve campaign effectiveness.

Budget and Performance Tracking:

  • Develop and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Industry Trends and Best Practices:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in TikTok advertising and digital marketing.
  • Continuously explore new opportunities for leveraging TikTok’s ad features and formats to enhance campaign performance.

Client and Team Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide campaign updates, and address any concerns.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Experience: Relevant experience in media buying with a strong focus on TikTok advertising. Proven track record of managing successful TikTok ad campaigns.
  • Skills: Proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager and other digital advertising tools such as Motion. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Creativity: Ability to create and adapt engaging ad content that aligns with TikTok’s unique style and audience preferences.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
