Job Description

A Premier Southern CA Defense Litigation firm is seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Attorney to join their collaborative team centric culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of long term care, such as, nursing facilities and assisted living. The right attorney will have compassion and understanding for the clients they are working with. This is a hybrid/remote position! The Attorney will need to commute to court in Los Angeles.

Healthcare Attorney Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience as a Healthcare Attorney
* Can function independently with little supervision, handle primary litigation responsibilities to advance cases through trial
* Experience in pre-trial, trial and appellate proceedings
* Medical malpractice and regulatory compliance
* Must have a JD from an accredited school
* Must be licensed in CA
