Job Description
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial construction, including ground-up construction, and a comprehensive understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC). The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the successful completion of electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of electrical projects from inception to completion.
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Ensure that projects are completed in compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor and analyze project performance to identify and address potential problems.
- Develop and maintain project budgets.
- Generate project status reports.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
- Utilize software such as Procore and Accubid to manage and track projects.
Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of related experience in commercial construction and/or electrical project management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant industry regulations.
- Proficiency with software such as Procore and Accubid.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
