Job Title: ETL Automation Lead
Location: West Chester, PA - Hybrid
Contract Role
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ETL processes.
Validate data transformation rules, data loads, and data migrations to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python to enhance testing efficiency.
Perform data validation and data quality checks on various data sources and targets.
Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in data processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and resolve issues.
Analyze test results, generate test reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on data processing scripts and workflows.
Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes to enhance overall data quality.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in ETL, data quality, and automation testing.
