Job Description

ABOUT US:

Production Club is a multidisciplinary team of badasses inventing, designing and producing music-based parties, shows, and experiences worldwide. We're hiring a full-time Executive Producer to lead, scope and scale multi-disciplinary, leading-edge live event projects.

You'll have extensive experience producing world-class events and creating high-impact cultural moments, bringing a deep understanding of account, strategy, and production. To be successful in this role, you must be able to lead projects in their entirety through an ever-changing and highly creative environment.

You will embrace Production Club's pillars of culture (purpose, values, style) to inspire, direct and cultivate a team of A-players by leading with a “get shit done” and “anything is possible” mentality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end execution of multiple large-scale live events
  • Cultivate strong relationships with our clients, understanding their vision and objectives, and ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from project kick-off to debrief, bridging the gap between creative and production
  • Conceive, develop, and manage production budget(s) from project outset to completion (vendors, permits, labor, fabrication, etc.)
  • Create and maintain project schedules with accurate and complete information related to deadlines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Initiate and lead internal and external meetings to keep all project stakeholders informed of project progress and ensure production objectives are met
  • Procure the staffing, scenic, vendors, trucking, lighting, and audio as per budget constraints
  • Oversee all operational and administrative functions to ensure project efficiency (i.e., project timeline, travel logistics, vendor management, file organization and expense tracking/management)
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and personnel ensuring they meet Production Club's standards
  • Onsite leadership + support for any internal/external staff and vendors

MUST-HAVES:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading a variety of large-scale cutting edge events (across entertainment, music, gaming, tech or adjacent industries)
  • Expert in budget management/tracking
  • Strong account direction experience; directly managing client relationships and expectations
  • Experience supervising direct reports and leading large teams of internal and external onsite production staff
  • Experience building/managing multiple 7-figure project budgets
  • Familiarity with city permitting and venue codes
  • No ego mentality; we jump in wherever necessary to get the job done
  • Strong but non-aggressive leadership and communication style
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 25% of the time

NICE-TO-HAVES:

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Understanding of design processes from concept to execution

PERKS:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance - 100% paid
  • Company sponsored 401k
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • Flexibility to work from home or our studio
  • Cell phone/Internet stipend

SALARY:

  • Up to $197,500 DOE
