This role offers the flexibility to work from home or from one of our office locations, with occasional travel to meet clients and attend meetings.

What You'll Do:

Client Outreach: Prospect for new clients and convert inbound and outbound leads into mortgage applications.
Tailored Solutions: Identify clients' financial needs and recommend the best mortgage products and rates.
Performance Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales performance targets.
Loan Processing: Manage the entire mortgage process, from origination and negotiation to closing and follow-up.
Client Counseling: Advise clients on loan options, interest rates, fees, and other related details.
Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and closing.
Market Knowledge: Provide insights about our loan products and services to clients and real estate professionals.
Reporting: Prepare accurate reports and maintain comprehensive loan files.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in loan origination and negotiation within a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge: Familiarity with loan processing guidelines including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA.
Skills: Solid understanding of mortgage practices, documents, and real estate terminology.
Language: Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus.
Location: Must be based in California.
