About our company: Nuviva Medical Weight Loss works with men & women who have tried dieting before but are frustrated because the weight always seems to come back. We provide a medically supervised weight loss program with no contracts, 1-on-1 weekly nutrition coaching and medications to help you be successful. It's not just a diet, it's a new life! Our Location: 3202 Henderson Blvd, Suite 104, Tampa, FL 33609.
Your schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5 pm.
Your mission & responsibilities as our Nuviva nutrition coach: - Your most important target is to increase the net patient count each week by 8 patients.
- In order to do that you will call leads, follow up and get them scheduled for free consultations.
- You will also reach out to past patients to try and get them back into the program. This is very important for growing the business and not always just fishing for new people.
- Being great at coaching people to lose weight at weekly appointments is essential for keeping people on the program, getting referrals and making people want to come back down the road if they need our help later.
- Leading a team so that they are all working towards the same goal and following through on the tasks necessary to increase the net patient count each week.
- Upsell patients on potential add-on products to help them get better results.
- Sell patients on the maintenance options to keep them connected to the program on a long term basis.
Required experience and qualifications: - Weight loss coaching experience is best, but it is not a requirement. We will train you and help you become a successful professional coach.
- Personal trainer experience is also a plus.
- Passion about health is a MUST.
