About Us 

Our company is a leading construction management and general contracting firm that has been around for 100yrs. We have 6 different locations & have been growing significantly for the past 30yrs.

Because of our growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager for our Wastewater Division. We have 250MM in preconstruction for Wastewater Treatment Plants throughout the Mid-Atlantic & Carolinas.

Responsibilities 

The successful candidates will oversee the planning, design, and construction of wastewater treatment facilities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Project Management : Lead and manage all phases of wastewater treatment projects from inception through completion.
• Planning and Scheduling : Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet project objectives.
• Coordination : Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Compliance : Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Quality Control : Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Safety : Promote a culture of safety and ensure all project activities adhere to safety standards and regulations.
• Reporting : Prepare regular project reports, including progress updates, financial status, and risk assessments, for senior management and clients.
• Resource Management : Allocate and manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Problem Solving : Identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications 

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in wastewater treatment or related infrastructure projects.
• Skills : Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge : In-depth understanding of wastewater treatment processes, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Attributes : Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Benefits

Base Salary: $85,000-$135,000 (DOE -We are open from Mid-Level to Senior Level Candidates)
