Our client is looking to add a Senior Marketing Specialist to their growing team. In this role, the Senior Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in leading and executing marketing initiatives for the organization’s product line.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the management team and key stakeholders to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, increase market share, and drive revenue growth in alignment with their Corporate Strategic Plan.

What you will do:

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with overall business goals to promote products
• Establish the company as a leading and preferred brand in the market through effective positioning strategies
• Create engaging and compelling content for various channels, including product collateral, website content, social media posts, and promotional materials
• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns with distributors and customers to drive awareness and demand
• Support trade shows, customer onsite visits, media blasts, and webinars
• Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
• Work closely with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and other relevant teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts
• Collaborate with the sales team to plan customer initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews
• Perform additional tasks as required to support the overall marketing and communications strategy

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop comprehensive marketing communication plans aligned with business objectives
• Strong creative skills for developing engaging marketing content, campaigns, and collateral
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging across various channels
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing
• Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and data to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, and graphic design tools
• Limited travel is required
