Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Application Developer to join our dynamic Agile IT team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and supporting our Salesforce partner community, delivering innovative technology solutions that empower our partners. As a Lead Application Developer, you'll bring your technical expertise and communication skills to collaborate with teams and deliver best practice recommendations for integration, application development, deployment, and iterative refinement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business systems analysts, architects, and quality engineers as part of a mature Agile team to design and deliver solutions.
- Develop custom solutions on the Force.com platform, including work in Apex, VisualForce, and application integration patterns.
- Lead hands-on development and configuration of a partner community on the Salesforce platform.
- Apply your knowledge of tools and best practices for enterprise application development and deployment, including source code management, code review/optimization, and unit testing.
- Utilize RESTful and SOAP web services, including Salesforce APIs, to support integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Stay updated with new releases and improvements in the Salesforce platform.
- Support design, QA, and implementation teams as needed.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in development with Java, .NET, Python, or similar languages.
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce.com, particularly Salesforce Community Cloud.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and XML. Experience with Apex and VisualForce is highly desirable.
- Experience with both declarative and programmatic Salesforce development (e.g., Workflows, Approval Processes, Lightning Components, Apex Classes).
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as JQuery, Angular, or Backbone.
- Experience with RDBMS like Oracle, MySQL/MariaDB, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL, including table/relationship design and query optimization.
- Experience with Oracle Apps (EBS), JBoss ESB, or iPaaS integrations is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience working within an Agile development team.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance.
