Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Remote School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll provide virtual speech and language therapy services to students, helping them enhance their communication skills and achieve their academic goals from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to assessment results and student goals.
Deliver direct teletherapy services, including articulation, fluency, language, and voice therapy.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs).
Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.
Utilize digital tools and platforms to provide engaging and effective therapy.
Stay current with the latest research and best practices in teletherapy and school-based speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
Previous experience as a school-based SLP or in a similar educational setting.
Proficient with teletherapy technology and online communication platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
